Sana wants to change the world of education through the entrepreneurship. In the
past, Sana's family could not afford her study because her mother was a single
parent and she did not have enough money. She often takes classes on Jiro's university even
though she is not attending that university, by replacing the presence of Kuriki
Jiro. One day, it was discovered that
Sana had replaced Jiro's absence, so the lecturer called the security guard to
chase after her. That's when she got acquainted with Suzaki Ko, who known later as her first business
partner.

"Anyone can start a business. If you have a dream and friends, then yes, you can. No matter how good an entrepreneur you are, no one can do everything on their own. So, please find yourself wonderful friends who can make up for each other's weaknesses. As long as you have friends who share the same dream, you can overcome anything with ideas and teamwork. Even if personalities, values, and generations are different and sometimes cross paths, if you share the same thoughts and feelings, you will surely come together as one again." - Narukawa Sana
Sana and Ko finally founded the startup "Dream Pony" with Jiro's help as well that deals with educational apps when she was 23. Although reckless, Narukawa has a goal and that is to make "Dream Pony" into a unicorn company and that its business is available to everyone all over the world within 10 years. The company did well when it was first launched but Narukawa became frustrated as there hasn't been any huge growth. The founder has decided to recruit new members. Then, Morimoto Kaito as an IT specialist, and a middle-aged Kotori Satoshi who is a former worker at bank came to Dream Pony. Their new members brought unexpected results.
I think that fear is one of life's greatest pleasures. If you feel scared, it means you're ready to try something new.

Unicorn ni Notte is a business drama, especially about the struggle of the CEO startup. The storyline is quite enthralling, especially the goal to be achieved by Narukawa Sana is noble-minded. Emphasizing free education for everyone is impossible and can only happen in this drama (probably?). It went not that easy as it seems. Throughout the episodes, Unicorn ni Notte is witness us with many lessons and quotes about life. Their ideas, teamwork, and motivation give us a new spirit as well as a boost.
"I believe that the adults you meet as a child can make a big difference in your life." - Kotori Satoshi
"The younger generation is quick to jump on the new thing, and quick to get bored with it." - Haneda Sachi
"If you take pride in your work, anything you do will be worthwhile." - Kotori Satoshi
This might be my first time writing a review in English, so I hope every single word that I write down went well. That's just a good atmosphere (新しい風, re: atarashii kaze) from the drama that made me writing the review in English! 新しい風 means a new wind. Ko said that they have to breath a new wind for a change. Sometimes life is hard, but you can't stand still and complain anything. You just need to take a new wind to start a new journey. I've been thinking to be like Ko and Sana, pursuing my dreams with my own feet.
All my life, I've done whatever my parents told me to do. But then I met you, Sana. Seeing you walking on your own feet with your own dreams, I thought that I wanna be like that someday, too. Sana's dream became my dream, and I got to see so many sights that I would never have seen on my own. But now I have found my own dream. - Suzaki Ko
Let's ride on the hope of each other's future and spread our wings wide. I'm sure we'll meet again on the next stage. - Narukawa Sana
I forgot to tell you, that the soundtrack is a really really good to be listening to. It's しわくちゃな雲を抱いて (Shiwakucha na Kumo Daite) from Dish//.
